Our Design-Build Process

Initial Contact

Every project begins with a friendly conversation. During this first call, we learn about your goals, vision, and budget to make sure your project is a good fit. We take the time to listen—no pushy sales tactics, no surprises—just a clear understanding of how we can help bring your ideas to life.

In-Home Consultation

Next, we visit your home to see the space in person. This meeting helps us define the project scope, discuss design preferences, and talk about your investment comfort level. We’ll share insights, answer questions, and begin building a plan that fits your needs and schedule.

Proposal & Agreement

Once we’ve outlined the details, we prepare a clear, transparent proposal for your review. You’ll know exactly what’s included, from materials and timelines to pricing and expectations. When you’re ready to move forward, we schedule your project and handle all the planning details.

Construction & Communication

Our experienced team and trusted trade partners get to work. You can expect reliable communication, a clean jobsite, and respectful professionals who treat your home like their own. We coordinate every phase of construction to keep things running smoothly and on schedule.

Final Walkthrough & Completion

Before we wrap up, we walk through your finished space with you to ensure every detail meets our standards, and yours. We make sure you’re completely satisfied, answer any final questions, and stand behind our work with a one-year workmanship warranty.

He opened up the closet area to the laundry area, which increased access and functionality with new cabinets and laundry sink.
